Towson (Baltimore County) home prices fall in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Towson in Baltimore County fell by $3,000 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 63 homes sold, with a median sale price of $307,000 - a 1% decrease over the $310,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 56 homes sold in Towson in November 2017.
