Woodstock home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Woodstock rose by $77,500 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $447,500 - a 20.9% increase over the $370,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Woodstock in November 2017, as well.
