Phoenix home prices fall in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Phoenix fell by $436,700 while total sales increased by 125%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $525,000 - a 45.4% decrease over the $961,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Phoenix in November 2017.
