Halethorpe home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Halethorpe rose by $8,500 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $141,500 - a 6.4% increase over the $133,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Halethorpe in September 2017.
