Middle River home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Middle River rose by $31,250 while total sales increased by 54.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 74 homes sold, with a median sale price of $184,250 - a 20.4% increase over the $153,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Middle River in September 2017.
