Nottingham home prices fall in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Nottingham fell by $25,760 while total sales increased by 27.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 69 homes sold, with a median sale price of $205,000 - a 11.2% decrease over the $230,760 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 54 homes sold in Nottingham in September 2017.
