Pikesville (Baltimore County) home prices fall in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Pikesville in Baltimore County fell by $29,500 while total sales decreased by 4.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 59 homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,000 - a 12.3% decrease over the $239,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 62 homes sold in Pikesville in September 2017.
