Randallstown home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Randallstown rose by $2,000 while total sales increased by 86.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $223,000 - a 0.9% increase over the $221,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Randallstown in September 2017.
