Owings Mills home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Owings Mills rose by $13,000 while total sales decreased by 15.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 85 homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 5.7% increase over the $227,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 101 homes sold in Owings Mills in September 2017.
