Monkton home prices fall in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Monkton fell by $159,000 while total sales decreased by 63.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $396,000 - a 28.6% decrease over the $555,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Monkton in September 2017.
