Parkton home prices fall in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Parkton fell by $47,500 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $392,500 - a 10.8% decrease over the $440,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Parkton in September 2017.
