Phoenix home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Phoenix rose by $135,000 while total sales increased by 30%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $570,000 - a 31% increase over the $435,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Phoenix in September 2017.
