Poolesville home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Poolesville rose by $107,550 while total sales decreased by 4.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $515,000 - a 26.4% increase over the $407,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Poolesville in the second quarter of 2017.
