Poolesville home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Poolesville rose by $17,805 while total sales remained unchanged with 21 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $437,805 - a 4.2% increase over the $420,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Poolesville in the fourth quarter of 2017, as well.
