Halethorpe home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Halethorpe rose by $10,000 while total sales decreased by 19.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 53 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 6.7% increase over the $150,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 66 homes sold in Halethorpe in the fourth quarter of 2018.
