Fort Howard home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Fort Howard fell by $190,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 54.4% decrease over the $350,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Fort Howard in the fourth quarter of 2018.
