Overlea (Baltimore County) home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Overlea in Baltimore County fell by $4,250 while total sales decreased by 3.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 62 homes sold, with a median sale price of $178,500 - a 2.3% decrease over the $182,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 64 homes sold in Overlea in the fourth quarter of 2018.
