Nottingham home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Nottingham rose by $7,500 while total sales increased by 17.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 140 homes sold, with a median sale price of $222,500 - a 3.5% increase over the $215,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 119 homes sold in Nottingham in the fourth quarter of 2018.
