Lochearn home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Lochearn rose by $39,300 while total sales increased by 4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 103 homes sold, with a median sale price of $220,000 - a 21.7% increase over the $180,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 99 homes sold in Lochearn in the fourth quarter of 2018.
