Pikesville (Baltimore County) home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Pikesville in Baltimore County fell by $10,000 while total sales decreased by 0.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 146 homes sold, with a median sale price of $259,900 - a 3.7% decrease over the $269,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 147 homes sold in Pikesville in the fourth quarter of 2018.
