Perry Hall home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Perry Hall rose by $26,750 while total sales increased by 44%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 72 homes sold, with a median sale price of $296,500 - a 9.9% increase over the $269,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in Perry Hall in the fourth quarter of 2018.
