Hampstead home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Hampstead fell by $73,750 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,000 - a 19.7% decrease over the $373,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Hampstead in the fourth quarter of 2018.
