Freeland home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Freeland fell by $7,000 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $302,000 - a 2.3% decrease over the $309,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Freeland in the fourth quarter of 2018.
