Kingsville home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Kingsville fell by $7,550 while total sales increased by 69.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $352,450 - a 2.1% decrease over the $360,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Kingsville in the fourth quarter of 2018.
