White Marsh home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in White Marsh rose by $123,000 while total sales increased by 350%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $353,500 - a 53.4% increase over the $230,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in White Marsh in the fourth quarter of 2018.
