Towson (Baltimore County) home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Towson in Baltimore County rose by $17,400 while total sales increased by 9.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 209 homes sold, with a median sale price of $314,900 - a 5.8% increase over the $297,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 191 homes sold in Towson in the fourth quarter of 2018.
