Cockeysville home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Cockeysville rose by $25,000 while total sales increased by 9.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 68 homes sold, with a median sale price of $352,500 - a 7.6% increase over the $327,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 62 homes sold in Cockeysville in the fourth quarter of 2018.
