Manchester home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Manchester rose by $50,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $440,000 - a 12.8% increase over the $390,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Manchester in the fourth quarter of 2018.
