Phoenix home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Phoenix fell by $7,000 while total sales decreased by 3.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $515,000 - a 1.3% decrease over the $522,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Phoenix in the fourth quarter of 2018.
