Stevenson home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Stevenson fell by $189,500 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $625,000 - a 23.3% decrease over the $814,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Stevenson in the fourth quarter of 2018.
