Halethorpe home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Halethorpe fell by $29,000 while total sales increased by 39.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 53 homes sold, with a median sale price of $119,000 - a 19.6% decrease over the $148,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Halethorpe in the first quarter of 2018.
