Monkton home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Monkton fell by $10,114 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $184,826 - a 5.2% decrease over the $194,940 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Monkton in the first quarter of 2018.
