Windsor Mill home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Windsor Mill rose by $12,500 while total sales increased by 21.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 63 homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,000 - a 7.2% increase over the $172,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 52 homes sold in Windsor Mill in the first quarter of 2018.
