Parkville (Baltimore County) home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Parkville in Baltimore County rose by $2,200 while total sales increased by 50.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 249 homes sold, with a median sale price of $195,000 - a 1.1% increase over the $192,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 165 homes sold in Parkville in the first quarter of 2018.
