Rosedale (Baltimore County) home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Rosedale in Baltimore County rose by $14,340 while total sales increased by 12.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 110 homes sold, with a median sale price of $204,340 - a 7.5% increase over the $190,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 98 homes sold in Rosedale in the first quarter of 2018.
