Nottingham home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Nottingham rose by $1,100 while total sales increased by 36.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 123 homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,000 - a 0.5% increase over the $208,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 90 homes sold in Nottingham in the first quarter of 2018.
