Perry Hall home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Perry Hall fell by $19,500 while total sales decreased by 7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $273,500 - a 6.7% decrease over the $293,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Perry Hall in the first quarter of 2018.
