Sparrows Point home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Sparrows Point rose by $40,750 while total sales decreased by 10.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $255,000 - a 19% increase over the $214,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Sparrows Point in the first quarter of 2018.
