White Marsh home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in White Marsh fell by $35,750 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $307,500 - a 10.4% decrease over the $343,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in White Marsh in the first quarter of 2018.
