White Hall home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in White Hall rose by $54,900 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $254,900 - a 27.5% increase over the $200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in White Hall in the first quarter of 2018, as well.
