Cockeysville home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Cockeysville fell by $15,250 while total sales increased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 50 homes sold, with a median sale price of $324,750 - a 4.5% decrease over the $340,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Cockeysville in the first quarter of 2018.
