Overlea (Baltimore County) home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Overlea in Baltimore County rose by $20,500 while total sales increased by 46.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 72 homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,500 - a 12.1% increase over the $170,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in Overlea in the third quarter of 2017.
