Woodlawn home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Woodlawn rose by $1,500 while total sales increased by 4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 130 homes sold, with a median sale price of $191,500 - a 0.8% increase over the $190,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 125 homes sold in Woodlawn in the third quarter of 2017.
