Windsor Mill home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Windsor Mill rose by $25,565 while total sales increased by 3.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 62 homes sold, with a median sale price of $205,565 - a 14.2% increase over the $180,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 60 homes sold in Windsor Mill in the third quarter of 2017.
