Nottingham home prices fall in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Nottingham fell by $9,000 while total sales increased by 12.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 149 homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,000 - a 4% decrease over the $224,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 132 homes sold in Nottingham in the third quarter of 2017.
