Lochearn home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Lochearn rose by $45,950 while total sales decreased by 5.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 80 homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,950 - a 27.8% increase over the $165,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 85 homes sold in Lochearn in the third quarter of 2017.
