White Marsh home prices fall in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in White Marsh fell by $68,800 while total sales remained unchanged with 13 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $281,200 - a 19.7% decrease over the $350,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in White Marsh in the third quarter of 2017, as well.
