Upperco home prices fall in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Upperco fell by $44,400 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $254,500 - a 14.9% decrease over the $298,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Upperco in the third quarter of 2017.
