Manchester home prices fall in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Manchester fell by $63,250 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $325,000 - a 16.3% decrease over the $388,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Manchester in the third quarter of 2017.
