Cockeysville home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Cockeysville rose by $15,000 while total sales increased by 2.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 83 homes sold, with a median sale price of $320,000 - a 4.9% increase over the $305,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 81 homes sold in Cockeysville in the third quarter of 2017.
